I’m the owner of Pulse Performance. I’m not just into cars. I’m obsessed with the feeling they give you when everything is dialed in. That surge of power, the way the car responds, the confidence you get knowing it was built by someone who truly cares.
I grew up in a small town in Northern California, and cars were always a big part of my life. I’d spend hours daydreaming with Need for Speed and Gran Turismo, always wondering what made certain cars faster, smoother, and more alive.
Then life gave me the opportunity to turn that fascination into real skill.
When I was 16, my dad gave me a master manual for a Mazda Miata, basic hand tools and told me I could keep the car if I fixed it.
That moment changed everything. I learned how to:
Right after high school, I went all-in on automotive. I started at Goodyear Tire Shop, then moved to Capitol Chevrolet in San Jose, CA as a beginner technician.
At first, I was deep into Japanese cars—but that all shifted when I sat in a Corvette. Something about American performance just clicked for me. I couldn’t un-feel it. I wanted more.
I spent over 7 years at the dealership, flying around the country for GM classes and continuing to study like my career depended on it, because it did.
I also learned that being good isn’t just about speed, it’s about attention to detail. Over time, management noticed, and I became one of the few technicians assigned to work on Corvettes.
By 25, I had earned:
Those weren’t just “labels” to me, they were proof that I took my craft seriously.
For a long time, I knew I eventually wanted to open my own performance shop. After visiting Miami, I felt it immediately—that this is where Pulse needed to be.
So I did what it took:
I also launched my Pulse product line, because I wanted to build more than just cars—I wanted to build solutions that perform
At Pulse Performance, my goal is to help people get the kind of driving experience they can feel the moment they hit the gas. I want every build to be:
If you’re looking for a performance shop that understands cars because they were part of my life long before the shop—then you’re in the right place.
